Crafted using traditional winemaking techniques, including cold soaking, extended maceration and maturation in a mix of French and American oak (25–30% new), the wine retains its natural fruit character while building complexity and structure.

The bouquet is rich and inviting, offering aromas of blue pastilles, ripe dark cherries and black fig jam layered with cocoa, tobacco and hints of freshly baked chocolate cake. On the palate, it is bright and juicy, delivering intense flavours of cherry, pomegranate and plum, complemented by notes of orange rind, wet-stone minerality and savoury spice.
